These Terms cover your use of the Solo Outings Society (“SOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) public website, including our editorial content, The Outings Edit signup, and the Three-Hour Window.

Editorial content and outing ideas

The Three-Hour Window suggests outing ideas based on your quiz selections. A result is a recommendation, not a reservation, ticket, credit, discount, or guarantee that a particular activity or venue is available or suitable for you.

Hours, prices, access requirements, services, and conditions can change. Check relevant details directly with a venue or provider before making plans. Use your judgment about your own needs and circumstances.

The Outings Edit and quiz emails

Signing up enters the applicable Kit-backed email subscription flow. Follow the confirmation instructions sent to your email address.

For the Three-Hour Window, a successful signup submission reveals your results on the website. It does not guarantee that a new recap will be sent every time an existing subscriber repeats the quiz.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Public-site signup does not purchase or activate Passport.

Our content

Articles, photographs, illustrations, logos, and other website materials belong to SOS or their respective owners or licensors. You may share links to our pages and read the content for personal use.

These Terms do not grant permission to republish our articles in full, distribute our images, or use our branding. Contact Support with permission questions. Nothing in this section limits uses permitted by applicable law.

Other websites and providers

We may link to venues, services, source material, or other websites. A link does not mean SOS operates that destination or controls its content, services, or data practices.

Any booking, purchase, or other arrangement you make with an outside provider is subject to that provider’s terms. SOS does not make that arrangement for you through the public editorial website or the Three-Hour Window.

Passport

Passport is a separate paid outings discovery experience with self-purchase and gift purchase paths. Links from this website do not purchase, activate, or grant access to Passport.

The applicable purchase, gift, activation, and member terms are provided in the Passport experience. These public-site Terms do not establish Passport pricing, refund eligibility, access duration, or delivery promises.

Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular outcome from an outing recommendation.

Content and public-site features may change. These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
